Yavneh College Academy Trust was established in May 2016 as a result of Yavneh College converting to a Multi Academy Trust (MAT) in order for Yavneh Primary School to open in September 2016 and join the trust.

The role of the Academy Trust is to drive the core strategic functions of the school, to ensure that each school within the MAT has a clear vision and ethos and that they strive to provide excellent outcomes for all pupils within its care.  The MAT will hold school leaders and local governing bodies to account to ensure that the highest possible educational standards and met and sustained.

In order to meet its core objectives, Yavneh College Academy Trust has 11 trustees who sit on the MAT Board, each with a particular focus.   In addition to the MAT board, both Yavneh College and Yavneh Primary School have a local governing body along with various standing committees.   Yavneh College Academy Trust also have a link governor programme.  Governors are linked to different members of senior staff in order to gain a better understanding into the day to day business of the college.
